Adultish exists to give a voice to the silent battles of growing up. We create mental health clothing that wears the weight of confusion, fear, pressure, and pain — the struggles no one prepared us for, but we all carry. Our mission is to transform the unspoken chaos of adulthood into something visible, wearable, and real — reminding people they’re not alone in the fight of figuring life out.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death for young people ages 10–34 in the United States (CDC, 2023). About 12% of young adults aged 18–25 reported seriously considering suicide in the past year (NIMH, 2023). From 2007 to 2021, suicide rates among ages 10–24 increased by 62% (CDC/NCHS, 2023).
At Adultish, we design awareness apparel that reflects these realities — not to glorify pain, but to acknowledge it and start conversations. Every shirt is more than fabric; it’s a message that says: the pain is real, but so is the connection.
